Thank you for shopping with Great Low Cost Deals. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, but we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned.

This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled when you buy from our online shop.

1. Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In resaleable condition
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Complete with any accessories, parts, labels or instructions included with the item

We may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, handled more than necessary, or returned incomplete.

3. Return postage for unwanted items

For unwanted items or change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue a refund if the returned item is lost in the post before reaching us.

Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law. If you paid for upgraded or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue, where possible

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or return postage support, depending on the situation.

You will not be expected to pay return postage where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent incorrectly.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund if it meets the return conditions.

Refunds will normally be made back to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

6. Items that cannot be returned

Some items may not be returnable unless they are faulty. This may include:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Sealed hygiene items that have been opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in resaleable condition
  • Digital products after download or access has started, where applicable

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

8. Your statutory rights
